Das sind wir...
Wer sind wir? Wir, das sind Kerstin und Christopher Petzold und Carsten Hüttig-Petzold, eine Familie aus dem Süden des Landes Brandenburg.
Kerstin ist ausgebildete Fremdsprachenlehrerin, Carsten ist als selbständiger Anlagenelektroniker tätig und Christopher ist im öffentlichen Dienst tätig.
Zur Familie gehören noch unser Kater Bonnie und Schwarzer, ein Streuner.
Seit einigen Jahren tauschen wir über Homelink unser Haus für den Urlaub. Seit acht Jahren sind wir Gastgeber für Reisende aus der ganzen Welt. Durch diese super Möglichkeit haben wir schon viele tolle Menschen und Gegenden aus der ganzen Welt besucht und getroffen. Das Bild, das zu sehen ist, entstand 2006 im Haustausch-Urlaub in Italien vor dem Mont Blanc. Unser Haus hatte sehr großen Zuspruch und die Anfragen zum Haustausch häuften sich. Daraus entstand die Idee, unser Heim auch anderen Urlaubern zur Verfügung zu stellen.
So ist in unserem Haus, das wir 1998 gekauft und dann umgebaut haben, eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung entstanden, in der unsere Gäste ihren Urlaub genießen können.
Let's introduce ourselves. We are Kerstin and Christopher Petzold and Carsten Hüttig-Petzold, a family from the south of the federal country Brandenburg in the eastern part of Germany.
Kerstin is a retired teacher of foreign languages. Carsten is self-employed and works as a technician. Our son Christopher is a passionate fisherman and works as a civil servant.
We have one white cat called Bonnie and a black one Schwarzer, a stray cat.
For some years we have been exchanging house for the holidays. For eight years we have been hosts for international volunteers. This is a great chance to get to know fantastic people and areas around the world. We have had many offers all over the years. This encouraged us to offer our house to tourists and holiday makers. The photo was taken during a home exchange some years ago in Italy in front of the Mont Blanc.
In the last years we built and redecorated the holiday flat to make it a comfortable place for our guests where they can enjoy nice holidays.
